Kathy Lai (SPCA Grooming Supervisor) is a Certified Professional Groomer with over 10 years of experience. She has worked at the SPCA Hair Force One since 2009 and is known for her meticulous attention to detail. Kathy’s grooming style is rooted in patience and care for owners and pets.
