Instructor: Katherine Yu
A tea master, certified tea trainer and administrator of the Heritage Tea House, Katherine Yu was a student of tea master and pioneer Yeung Chi-sum and has been devoted to the study of tea for two decades. Yu actively promotes tea culture by joining and organising various tea events. She began to host gatherings and courses for tea lovers and caterers in 2004 and later founded Teasim in the Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre to teach Cha Tao (The Way of Tea).
